Refund and Return Policy
At A VEG BYTE, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both customers and our team while maintaining the freshness and quality of our products.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled up to 1 or 2 day before the scheduled delivery.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery will not be accepted, as production and delivery slots are already finalized.
If you cancel your order at least 1 day before, we will process your refund after deducting a 3% online processing fee (bank/UPI gateway charges).
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Rescheduling Orders
After an order is confirmed, if you wish to change the delivery date, you may reschedule your order (subject to availability and Rescheduling Orders 1 day before).
Rescheduling requests should be made at least 1 day (24 hours) before the delivery time.
3. No Refund After Order Slot Is Confirmed
Once your order slot is confirmed and production begins, we cannot issue refunds, since all chapatis are made fresh specifically for your order.
However, you may reschedule within the allowed time window.

~ What is your payment and order policy?
We accept Pre-Orders Only. To confirm your order, a 50% advance payment is required. This ensures the timely preparation and delivery of fresh Chapati.
